University Of St.Martin
The University of St. Martin (USM) is a higher education institution located in Philipsburg, Sint Maarten. It was founded in 1989 by Dr. Albert Claudius Wathey and Ambassador Dr. Hushang Ansary as an annex of Johnson & Wales University. Despite facing destruction from Hurricane Lenny in 1999, the university was rebuilt. USM offers a variety of degree programs, including Associate of Arts in Business, Bachelor of Arts in Education (in collaboration with the University of the Virgin Islands), and more.
